These resources will allow students to see themselves in the books they read and provide them topics that are current and interesting. The graphic novels will help keep their interest and bridge the comprehension gap for students who are learning English as a second language or students who have learning difficulties. Quite a bit of my students have admitted to never reading a full novel and after a year of only being in front of a screen, the students will be able to interact with actual books and get their love for reading reignited or lit for the first time.
