My project will allow for my students to be able to read books that they are currently interested in, as well as allow me to get a classroom set for the graphic novel of Anne Frank. This will allow for me to bridge the gap in their learning, as graphic novels allow for them to comprehend more difficult tasks more easily. It also allows for them to empathize and humanize Anne Frank, as she was near their age. I believe that this story is an excellent one for them to get excited about reading, understand complex material more easily, and learn about new experiences of historical figures.
