COVID has impacted our students families financially making it difficult for families to provide essential items such as underwear and clothing. Basic items such as Hanes underwear, Coney Island sweatpants and the Spotted Zebra girls leggings will come to great use for the students at my school that are in need. When students have what they need, they are more mentally prepared to learn when they are in the classroom. Our students need the basic essentials to be ready to learn in the classroom. Our students come from low-income households and don't always have the money to buy basic items. The winter months are upon us, and the fleece sweatpants will be perfect for the students that do not have warm clothing to wear. The party favors and plush animal toys will be used as incentives to promote positive attendance. The variety of items will be as motivators that will assist our students reach their goals.
