These incentives will help my students to continue to strive in their learning. My students are very motivated to try their best when they are offered things that interest them and they like. My students will be more engaged in their work and focused to earn their individual points to earn an incentive for their hard work. This will minimize disruptions among peers and students will be able to complete and do better in class. I have noticed that offering students an opportunity to earn points to earn incentives for their hard work and effort has helped them grow in their work and demeanor towards learning.
