My students have endured a lot in the past few school years, and they are still currently being affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. As their teacher, it is my job to make learning and reading fun again! Reading should be an adventure for students every time they pick up a book! The struggle that I have encountered with students after the Coronavirus pandemic is that many of them have not opened a physical book in the last year. Many students have been primarily utilizing technology for all of their learning needs. I want my students to have the opportunity to engage with physical books while they are back to in-person learning! These books are very inspiring and can help promote a deep understanding of how to be empathetic and kind to others!
