Even though my children moved to America for a chance at a better life, and struggle to makes ends meet, they are the sweetest fourth-graders I have ever met, and they want more than anything to learn. They want to know how electronics work, what makes things tick, and how to build things. I have students from all over the world, including Burma, Mexico, Uzbekistan, and Sierra Leone, among others. We are a Title I school, and do the best we can with the resources we have. Even though our children represent different ethnicities, religions, races and cultures, they come together for the greatest goal of all: knowledge.

About my class
