WJHS prides itself on being aligned with our ever-progressive surroundings. Mining is the heart of our area and new developments continue to add excitement to the future of Winnemucca. In every instance, computer skills and innovation and creativity are the skills workers will need. Our Fab Lab, a cutting-edge maker space, will use the two Creality Ender 3 3D printers to allow students to not only imagine what they can create, but to make those creations a reality! Students will learn how to problem-solve to develop possible solutions. They will be able to create prototypes of their ideas that will serve our school community, but also our community.
