I would love to be able to introduce a new pottery class for our students to meet the requirements of their fine arts course and to learn a new skill that they may never be exposed to otherwise. Having a kiln would be a huge step in making this possible for us. Providing our students with opportunities to access new skills is what makes our school special. We bring new knowledge and information that our students may never be exposed to outside of the classroom setting. To be able to let our students create something and then fire and complete the project with the kiln would be a wonderful opportunity and a great addition to our curriculum.
