I would like to provide wobbly stools to be used in classrooms for students who struggle in school due to Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. ADHD can create difficulties for students with their learning and with their social connections. Impulsivity, inability to focus, and distractibility make it hard to learn concepts, complete class work, and maintain friendships. Sitting in a wobbly stool while learning will give students the opportunity to use built up energy by simply rocking in their seat, in turn helping to reduce a students' hyperactive and inattentive behaviors and increase their focus, attention and learning.

About my class
