My students are at an early stage in their learning. At this point in time the majority of the materials that I can offer them are not fully suitable. We currently have one black and white printer that we share with our entire staff. It would be more convenient to have a printer inside the classroom to avoid having to walk down to the office to print anything. In addition, I would like to have a COLOR printer to be able to print materials in color to provide more quality images. The students require more than just black and white to completely understand what they're looking at. If they're deprived of color, it is highly unlikely that they will fully grasp the concept of what they are seeing. When students see color images, whether they come from books or posters or labels, it provides more learning opportunities for them. I would like to be able to provide more of those opportunities.
