At our school we use the PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Support) program to foster positive behavior and attitudes. My students enjoy working hard to earn points to buy items in our store. These items in our project will help motivate and inspire students to be their best selves. Students will get rewarded for good behavior which in turn helps them learn in the classroom. Every time a student receives points to earn rewards it builds their confidence and fosters a positive attitude. I know my students will be so excited to have the chance to work for more exciting treasures in our treasure box.
