I will use tangible incentives for my students to earn as they make behavioral and social improvements. My students set goals for themselves to earn tangible items to help improve positive behavior and social interactions. This helps to create a pattern of positive behavior which results and improved behavioral skills and social interactions overall. Student's behavior improves when they can physically earn items to reward their good choices and interactions. Therefore it is important to have desirable items for students to work towards. This will help increase the frequency of good behavior.
