These year, we are departmentalized. This means that my classroom sees 40 students each day. These shelves will be used to store students' materials while they are in the classroom. This will clear up their tables so that they can work comfortably and safely distance from their peers. The shelves will also enable my students to take ownership of a space specifically for them and their belongings. They will not have to share storage with another class or spend time searching for the correct materials. I'm excited to incorporate personal responsibility for their belongings into our classroom learning!
