Due to covid, our 8th graders have increased behavioral and social emotional needs. Flexible seating will allow our students to have a comfortable learning environment. Currently students just have small desks and chairs, some students are too big for the desks! Flexible seating allows students to choose comfortable seats that will help them focus on their learning. Student engagement will increase. Middle schoolers benefit from having choices, flexible seating allows students to take ownership over their learning environment. Students will also learn to take responsibility for our classroom space and will be responsible in the upkeep and maintenance of our learning space. Help me make our classroom feel like home.
