We will be using these items to start a school vegetable garden created by first grade and a pollinator garden created by second grade. My plans are to have the first grade students plant different vegetables that they will be able to harvest and eat as well as make donations to those less fortunate. At the end of the school year, the students will harvest peppers that they will use to make a pepper jelly. The pepper jelly will be on display and available for donations at our STREAM show case. The second graders will be creating a pollinator garden. The outdoor camera will allow them to monitor the pollinators coming in to the garden area. The 2nd graders will make seed bombs from their garden to display and offer for donations at the STREAM showcase.
