I have been teaching beginning chess for 12 years, and have never found an easier and less stressful way to get my students to play a round of chess than this card game; it makes chess stress free. What my students love about the game is that it takes away the stress of not knowing chess strategies, and which piece to move when. I use these Winners Chess Cards Set for Kids decks to help the students play a round of chess without the fear or stigma of losing. I have found that after my students learn how to play chess, they become more contemplative in other areas of the classroom. It's really neat to see them play and discuss strategies with one another.
