These materials will make a huge difference in my students' learning! The iPad is an incredible therapeutic device that supports students with behavioral difficulties and sensory seeking behaviors. Furthermore, with the use of an iPad in my speech-language therapy sessions, students' engagement increases which ultimately improves their learning outcomes! I have been using several apps on my personal phone to help my students reach their goals, but they would appreciate a larger screen. The laminating pouches and velcro strips are materials I use heavily every year in order to create customized visual supports and communication boards for my younger students with severely impaired language. My students deserve to have access to these necessary tools regardless of their zip code!
