Readers will often pick up a graphic novel to supplement their lack of reading skills/interest with pictures. I would like to enhance literacy with Scholastic News Articles. Students can learn about important real world events by reading and looking at pictures to enhance their knowledge and understanding. Having the digital and physical copy scholastic subscription will allow students to differentiate their learning content and preference on how they read class material. They can also learn at home and share their knowledge with their families by taking the physical copies home to share with their families.
