Students will be part of a book club. I want to give students options of all types of books to read. A lot of my students are interested in manga, so I want to give them a chance to read it in class. They will have the option to pick this book. Students will be looking at elements of a story and discussing these ideas in group. They will focus on foreshadowing, theme, setting, and characterization. They will also do many small projects and a one large project with the book.
