These materials will help create an optimal atmosphere for learning and creating Art as well as touching on other grade level standards. Although it does not seem like much, a rug would allow for smaller children such as Kindergarten, to sit comfortably and listen. Also they seem to need more wiggle room than any other grade. This would also help with noise level in a small classroom. The paper organizer speaks for itself. Organization is imperative when teaching art to so many grades at the Elementary level. Water colors and any washable paint are appreciated as well as aprons for each child.
