I believe these materials will help my students in a new way of learning. This is a new breed of children who have had no prior experience of school pre-covid. I want this transition to be good for them and to close the gaps placed in front of them due to many circumstances. The manipulatives and LEGO sets will help the students learn some important skills while using their hands and learning in a fun way. The books will go towards having a diverse library in an area of predominantly white students. My goal is to have them be diverse individuals accepting of all people.
