My goal with my students is to teach them perspectives they may not have otherwise learned, including stories about mental health, Black voices, consent, etc. I will be teaching through interactive lessons, discussions and debates, essays (research, persuasive, and expository), and lectures. I will be teaching books like "The Hate U Give," "Speak," "One of Us is Lying," and "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time." My hope is that these books will inform my students of how people other than themselves view and experience the world. Thank you for choosing to donate!
