These materials will benefit students a great deal because it will allow me to be excellent and on top of my game to be able to serve their needs. Being in a first time teacher in special education is a rewarding job and but also a great responsibility. I have a lot of paper work that I have to file and organize digitally that has confidentiality information. Organization is going to be my best friend to better service my kids. By having the materials I'm requesting I can pull up documents faster and multitask a lot better.I also can show my students individually and their parents in meetings for an example there progress and evaluations without stoping what I'm doing on another screen. The fridge I requested will allow me to put my lunch that need to be refrigerated in a fridge. Since we don't have a fridge in our teachers lounge on my floor it's beneficial to have one that's close staying Covid safe as well.
