Project LIFELONG LEARNER: Current Events & Geography! Current Events and Geography let students know what is going on in the world and where they can be interesting, educated people and we hope, make it better! The magazines and worksheets that you provide will help our students learn fundamental skills like being able to find continents, counties & capitals on a map and learn about their cultures and what is going on there. Finding useful, printable, free worksheets on the worldwide web should be easy, but it is actually quite difficult. Much of what is available requires membership and fees. One of the best sources for worksheets is Teachers Pay Teachers. Just about everything is there, and $100 goes a very long way toward turning students into LIFELONG LEARNERS of geography and current events. My students will know that these gifts came from someone kind and generous, and they are to be respected and used fully, perhaps even paid forward.
