Reading centers provide students with exciting and interesting opportunities to practice, enrich, reteach, and enhance their own learning. These centers are filled with manipulatives, books, and other instructional tools that will help with each student's learning needs. Centers also provide time for myself as a teacher to spend time with students individually and in small groups, helping them with reading and writing content that are often modified and fit to accommodate different learning styles. These materials will help run a smooth reading center block and ensure that students will be able to engage in activities that help them improve according to their needs and provide them with a space to complete or learn more about a subject hands on. I know that with this donation, our students will be able to develop a love for reading, be encouraged by how much growth the will see in themselves, and see how important it is to become an avid reader. Please consider donating one of the items to help foster a love for reading!
