Fitballs can be the ONE overall piece of exercise equipment to help students' overall fitness. Students love to use these in my aerobics class to music, whether bouncing them for tricep work, transferring them from hands to feet for ab work, or doing sit-jacks instead of traditional jumping jacks. We never have enough for all students to use during our large aerobics classes. Having additional fitballs will save us time in class. This project will allow more students to use this favorite piece of equipment and potentially for future cardio drumming - my next certification!
