Reading at a young age is an essential practice to grow cognitively, and creatively. When my students read, I can truly see the difference it makes. Reading expands their vocabulary, comprehension skills, and builds confidence! The more they are able to read independently, the more excited they become to spend time journeying through a new book. As a new teacher, I would love to expand our classroom library in order to give my students a fresh perspective with varied text when searching for content to grow their abilities and develop their love for reading!

About my class
