The classroom is really hot due to poor air conditioning and ventilation system. The students and teachers get very uncomfortable and it is hard to learn in this condition. An air conditioner would cool the room and help the students to learn. There are many studies that prove being comfortable enables learning. The air conditioner would be used many months of the year.
