I am requesting a kidney-shaped table for small group instruction. Because of the challenges of online learning for young children, my second-graders have not yet had a 'normal' school year. Unfortunately, many of my students are an entire grade level behind, but some are not. With this wide range of abilities, it is imperative that I meet with small groups to best meet the reading skills they lack, as well as challenge the students that are ready to move onto more difficult skills. This can best be done with a kidney-shaped table as I can more easily see and help each student.
