Students will be able to follow along to various exercise videos thus emphasizing the importance of health through movement. Science proves that exercise allows more blood flow and oxygen to the brain which makes brain cells stronger which will help students concentrate on their academics and perform better in their classes. The most important class a child can take is PE and Health! If kids are healthy they will feel better about themselves. Healthy kids perform better academically. Healthy kids have great attitudes. Healthy kids are less likely to get hurt or in trouble. Lets do what we need to do to help students be healthy!

About my class
