My students require a lot of work in the area of social and emotional learning. By being able to play board games during free time they will increase their social reach by playing with classmates and connecting personally. Due to being on the Autism spectrum, my students also have sensory needs. Many of which can be met by putting together puzzles. Lastly my students are very good students academically and behaviorally. However, they struggle with a lot of anxiety and stress around school and staying on top of things. I am asking for organizational materials in order to help reduce their stress and anxiety levels by being organized academically. The outcome of this project will be a fun and welcoming environment for my students and solutions to help them overcome any difficulties they may have during the school year.
