I would love to achieve themed books and therapy materials to address IEP goals such as answering questions, rhyming, sequencing, and inferencing just to name a few. Instructional materials make learning more interesting, practical, and realistic. They also enable both the teachers and students to participate actively and effectively in therapy sessions. They give room for the acquisition of skills and knowledge and development. A language-rich environment is vital to children’s early learning and social-emotional development. A language-rich environment isn’t just a room with books and a variety of print; it’s a room where children hear and participate in talking and reading.
