These items will help me to provide a more organized environment for all students. A first grade standard is organization, and by having things hung up rather than on the back of a chair will allow students to have a cleaner classroom. Beginning with their backpacks, it will allow me to help them learn to be more organized. The carpet will allow students to engage more and provide an alternative area for learning than at their seats. Thus increasing their social-emotional health. This will allow students to discuss prompts in a less restrictive manner.

About my class
