I have updated as much PE equipment as funds have allowed over the past two years in order for the children to have the best experience possible. It has been a large undertaking as a lot of the equipment I inherited was quite dated. My students absolutely love to do yoga, and one item I have not been able to purchase is yoga mats. Not only does yoga improve their physical wellness, but it also aligns with the mindfulness component our district implements. I would love to be able to have enough yoga mats for all students in a PE class to have their own. Classes average 26 students. I am asking for 35 in the event that some need to be replaced.
