With your donations to this project, my students will regularly be able to play boomwhackers. These instruments are easy to clean, which will help support a healthy learning environment for our community. Since the pandemic started, playing instruments has been put on hold for safety reasons. We just don't have enough instruments for everyone to play safely. For beginning students, boomwhackers can be played individually, and for more advanced students, they can be assembled into xylophone-like sets so students can play melodies and full songs. These instruments are flexible for many diverse learning situations in music, and also are accessible to students with special needs. With your help, we can get our classroom booming again!
