The art supplies currently available had to be scavenged from the various classrooms at the end of the previous school year so we have paint and construction paper, yet no backdrops for these materials to be placed on either than construction paper and printer paper. Canvas boards make for more durable platforms for paintings for these students than canvas, and poster boards will be used for more visually dynamic backdrops for collages, chalk/pastel drawings, works with negative space. The students could really use these materials so they can other options to express their creative sides.
