Learning how to take notes correctly as well as improving vocabulary recognition are crucial skills that students will need to obtain in order to build strong foundations in English-Language Arts. These composition notebooks will be used for daily journal entries, definitions of unfamiliar words found during group reading, as well as a various writing exercises involving STEM-related readings. Hopefully as the year goes on students will be able to look at their notebooks and notice the growth they have made as our class progresses. (They also will help cut down on the materials required for class!)

About my class
