Every students learns and works differently. I want to to incorporate more flexible seating options in my room. After my lesson, my students are able to choose how they do their independent work. This may look more traditional like sitting at a desk in a chair, at their desk on a yoga ball, on the floor in a bean bag chair and clipboard, or even standing up at a tall table. It is hard for students to sit at their desk all day, so having more options will be so helpful. I hope I can give my students the opportunity to learn and work in a way they feel more comfortable and successful.
