The sketch boards will be used to help students get up and out of the classroom or even just away from the table. We will use the boards outside as a stable drawing surface so we can create art from direct observations. We can stretch their creative muscles by changing the learning environment and moving outside. Legos are currently the favorite of stations and I would like to expand their use in the classroom. With full class sizes I'm unable to offer Legos which is a great tool in the art room.
