Seniors are beginning to make decisions that could effect the rest of their lives. They are trying to decide what not only to study in college, but what kind of job they want to pursue after college, or perhaps what kind of career to head into right after high school. Regardless of their goals, the decisions they are making have lasting impacts. “What great leaders have in common is that each truly knows his or her strengths - and can call on the right strength at the right time.” - Tom Rath This book and the profile it creates will help my students to truly understand what their strengths are and how to make life decisions based on those strengths to set them up for the best successes possible.
