One of the many lessons that I have learned in the last year is that technology is and always will be important part of our students' education and therapeutic services. For speech language pathologists there are unlimited digital resources available to support therapy activities in speech articulation, fluency, expressive language, listening comprehension, functional communication, etc. There are apps that are designed to give students a voice to participate with their classmates in ways that they previously could not. Also, utilizing some of theses digital resources during a portion of in-person therapy sessions will help students to have a better understanding of how to participate in virtual format therapy sessions should the need arise.

About my class
