Each of these books has a strong message and will help build our 4th grade class community. Along with each book, students will work on individual and/or cooperative lessons/projects to better understand and support our classroom community. They will also demonstrate what they have learned by communicating with parents. Each student will showcase their individuality and demonstrate skills working cooperatively. Each of the books I have selected have a special message that are like puzzle pieces. Each 'piece', or message, comes together to be all encompassing. We are a community.
