I teach keyboarding to classes 4 - 8. At the beginning of each class, I teach about the correct keyboarding position. I emphasize how important it is for correct body posture for keyboarding practice. The students need to have their eyes in line with the monitor and their elbows are at their sides and their arms are straight. We also talk about how our hands need to be straight in line with the keyboard. At the present, I have old hard chairs and one size only, they do not move up or down. Due to the fact I teach students from as young as 8 years old to 14 years old, it is imperative to have chairs that adjust in height. My biggest class size is 16. Thank you for your consideration.
