I know this is a large project. In fact, this is the largest amount I have ever asked to be spent in a classroom, by far. During the past 18 months, our students have done incredible things. They have learned online and shifted to new ways of thinking and learning. They have advocated for their own learning and done many things differently. They showed up with a smile and a bit of joy. But I want to reintroduce my middle schoolers to the joy of reading again and reading diversely. We have so many incredible novels at the touch of our fingertips, and I just want them to experience the joy of being lost in a good book, and sharing that book with fellow peers. Help me make this year amazing for them!
