This classroom rug will be a center point for our learning. Students will "come to the rug" for Morning Meeting, Daily 5 independent work stations, silent reading time, and other whole group instruction opportunities. This colorful carpet will brighten our room while providing a meeting place for us to come together throughout the day. The individual squares will also help us with social distancing when necessary. Our classroom is a home, and I always want the students to love coming to school! Building our classroom community starts with getting to know each other in a closer, more comfortable setting. Adding this colorful rug to our classroom will brighten the space and allow us to make the most of our daily routines.
