Science is best learned through student peer interaction and exploration! My students are currently sitting around very small, mismatched tables (four students per table) and struggle to even fit their Chromebooks on their workspaces. Many of the larger lab activities in the classroom need to be conducted on the floor in order to have enough space for the entire group to participate. As a science teacher, I would love to have tables that provide my students with enough space to place their Chromebooks, take notes in their lab journals, and participate in engaging laboratory experiences and group work tasks. Unfortunately, my school does not have the resources to provide us with more tables and my classroom is the only science room that doesn't have tables large enough to do labs. My students and I would really appreciate having tables to do our science work. Thank you!
