Behavior and academics go hand in hand. With the school store, our students feel acknowledged and rewarded for being respectful, responsible, ready and safe. Our school relies on these donations to keep the store running consistently. Part of a great behavior plan is strong student buy in! We have an electronic point system to reward our students for being respectful, responsible, ready, and safe. Students can log into the system and see how many points they have earned, just like banking. With these points, they can cash in for trendy, fun, and useful school supplies at a school store. We are wanting our school store to be an incentive for even the toughest behaviors! Currently we are low on supplies :( The behavior committee is striving for the students to be excited about the store, and with these fun smelly pencils, mini notebooks with emojis, and trendy backpack decor, they should love earning and spending points so much that their good behavior isn't even a thought.
