These materials will make a difference by engaging students' minds to use logic and reasoning skills that will better help them to continue their cognitive development. My students are coming into first grade and will be able to interact and work in groups this year unlike last year due to the pandemic. I am hoping that by having these STEM manipulatives that students will be able to work together either in pairs or in groups to solve task and learn how to reason and explain the process in which they have solved these task.
