Our students have been learning from home for the past year, and for some of my upcoming seventh graders, this will be the first time they set foot on campus. For this reason, I wanted to make sure I choose lesson plans and activities that aligned with social and emotional health in order to better transition them from distance learning to in person learning. This board games will help achieve that goal for my students. I want my students to have fun, and learn at the same time while building social skills they have been missing out on for over a year. My science counterpart is also doing the same project, so we will be able to provide the same opportunity across the board for our upcoming seventh graders.
