Young learners need the chance to move around and be comfortable in their learning environment. As an educator, I believe in the best practices and research-proven learning strategies. I have studied the effects of FLEXIBLE seating in classrooms, particularly for ADHD students. Flexible seating increases student success! When students are exposed to various flexible seating options, (floor cushions, high stools, wobble seats, wobble cushions, etc) their engagement, focus, and academic success improve. In order to move around and continue their work, I want to provide clipboards with a PenPal attached for each student.

About my class
